Since I will (most likely) not be making a several thousand dollar return at powerdyne I will be able to just purchase new headunits outright without meeting a specific quantity. The delay really came when I was trying to return blowers. If I don't have to return them I don't have to pay for a double order in which case we don't need 10 buyers. We'll be good to go with what we've got.

This is very big news (at least for me). This means the blowers will be on their way shortly (pending the final sale of the previous headunits). Will the kits be done in the next week? No. I'm having trouble getting any word back from wagner, which is par for the course. What it does mean though is that I've overcome a BIG hurdle in finishing these up.

I'm not a company or manufacturer like Wagner or Hiboost I'm a singular guy who is building something never before created from scratch in my off time. I've gone through so many changes from start to now. When you want to go fully custom on something like this you have to be willing to bend and go with it. I know the wait has been stupid long but I'm not over here sitting on my thumbs or anything. I'm busting my *** so you can have a custom supercharger kit for less than $2K. Have you even seen how much SC kits sell for nowadays?? If you want a kit finished instantly. I will absolutely get it done for you but you will be paying out the *** for it. Send me another $4K and I can rush everything, single order custom handmade parts and pay for overnight shipping on everything. If you want a nice kit that produce good power and won't break the bank you're going to have be very patient.

Everyone is sick of waiting for this. I'm probably most sick of the wait. However, no'one has complained to me but you. And not once have you ever come to me privately on AIM and tried to work this out with me. You come online and you demand your money back when I'm doing you a favor. Do you not remember when you were BEGGING me to get you on the list? Even though I'm wasting my time and money to build a kit for you and not making ONE CENT (actually losing money)...you come on and have the ***** to demand your money back...you make sick dude.

I'll think about your request. If these blowers don't all sell soon then you're getting a blower and a case of ATF fluid and the remainder of your money.

On a side not. I'm sick of sticking my neck and wallet out for the protege community. I'm not doing anything else. No new projects. I'm so sick and tired of bending over backwards for people and having them try to **** on me.

Sounds like good news bad news...Its great that you found somebody to pay for those blowers! And if you'll be getting extra money back, thats even better! Some good news on my end is that I recieved my stock check today, so it'll be cashed monday and than give a day or two for the check to clear and you will recieve my payment on Wednesday most likely!

It really must suck the things you go through to have people demand things of you, you've come so far on this that I guess you just have to deal with it by now. And Nutari or whatever your name is, I dont know you but any post I've ever seen of yours on here is demanding to get your kit. I realize it must suck to have payed something and have nothing to show for it but you have to trust Matty and just wait it out like the rest of us! Like he said, he's one guy doing this, so just chill out. Anyway, Matty, youll be getting my money very soon! Hope things with Wagner and other snags you may have, get worked out without a problem!
Scott.

Thats pretty much the reaction I was expecting. I already talked to ken and he assured me a full refund it not out of the question. I have already talked to a lawyer... you do know its bad to rip people off over state lines right? It becomes a federal offence. As of right now, I want my refund in full. I'll take the ATF because that was a seperate deal, but I want nothing to do with the kit or you. Everyone warned me about you.. but I decided to go out on a limb and trust you. Look where that has gotten me.

If I were the one making the kits, I would have made sure EVERYTHING was set in stone before selling things to people. Thats just stupid to sell something you dont have.

You have a week to get me $1600 back. I know its sitting in your paypal account right now. The only thing you have paid for with that money is the blower(which is the wrong one) and you are getting a refund for it.

Just send me my money back and im through with this whole crashed deal.

Thanks Matty.

Dude I knew you were just in this sponsorship to get the kit cheap from the beginning. You know nothing about your car like most of the other idiots at msprotege. You just wanted to get a forced induction kit real cheap and getting sponsored was the answer.

We all know by your threads on msprotege youre just some punk who street races and needed a bit more power so you can feel better about yourself when you beat your friends civic.

I should have told to matty at the beginning you werent dedicated to the sponsorship you were just out to get a good deal. But at the time we needed 4 sponsors

you'll get whatever I think is fair. I've gone out and spent my own money to develop something for you at YOUR request. You can either work with me and get your stuff or you can try to threaten me and I'll tie you up on court for 2 more years. I don't respond well to threats. I'm busting my *** so everyone gets what they're paying for. The fact that you're not happy with the time delay is not my fault. You asked for a custom "one-off" supercharger to be handmade for your car....thats whats happening.

really? You really think that huh rism? You were the one lying from the begining trying to get in good with Matty so YOU got the sponsorship. I've caught you lying so many times..
I have track print outs proving ive been the only one serious about getting this kit tested. I have had ******* mechanics and friends waiting on me to get this kit so we can get it installed and ******* tested since april. One guy cleared a week at the end of april because matty said 3 1/2 weeks from when I paid..

so I dont care what you all say about me. From what i've seen, me and anarkist were the only serious ones out there.

this little in-fighting is ridiculous. I don't care what you wanted out of the deal...any of you. I'm not a major corporation out trying to spend a lot of money to get advertising with you guys. I just wanted people who were active in their local racing scene who would spread the word, nothing more. If you bought the kit and split and were never heard from I wouldn't care....I didn't make these kits to get rich or rip anyone off. I did it because I was asked to it by numerous owners who wanted a SC. i didn't have to sell ANYTHING at my cost. I did that to help out and to get some interest behind the project.

Nutari, your little spat with me needs to stay with me (or dissappear all together). The point is you're upset about the wait time (as everyone else is). Sorry. Not a whole lot I can do about it other than what I'm already doing. My plans are to keep on keeping on and finish your kit just asap. If you feel you want to take me to small claims court here in alabama over it I wish you the best of luck. It's not going to be worth it when all you have to do is relax and be patient. I could understand you being upset if I took the money and dissappeared but that hasn't been the case at all. I've been EXTREMELY upfront and honest with everyone (not just sponsored guys) about the prgoress, what was going on, what was working, what wasn't working. I can't do anything but be honest and forthcoming.

Just sit tight and wait for your custom one-off handmade FI kit like the other guys.

Just 1 question, what did i lie about from the beginning? I supported matty even before the kit was even started. I told him id be his first buyer not even knowing he would sponsor me considering he is one person and not a company. I was gonna buy the kit for full retail just because of the faith i have in the kit. And this was back in sept of 2004 before you were even on the forums buddy.

^^ I can vouch for that. Ian sent me several emails begging for a kit no matter it cost as long as he could have #2. I promised #2. to DaveB who didn't want it so Ian got it. End of story.

This thread is about arguing or fighting. Any firther posts will be deleted. If anyone wishes to discuss their money or project time limes we can do so in PM's.

I just realized he's from Hawaii - why would you complain about anything if you lived in HAWAII ... maybe he should be voted off the island

Matty, you can delete this OT response at your leisure, but for now:

oh, if it's any consolation I had a project I was doing for Gary (kargoboy) and it kept getting delayed much longer than expected. In the end I'd like to think I came through for him and made him happy with his purchase and his wait time.

The list of happy people I've dealt with is MUCH longer than the list of people who are upset about buying from me.
