Commitment isnt one of my finer points, in fact, when I do get into that "serious" part of the relationship I tend to run away with my tail between my legs. Im a wuss when it comes to that stuff, I cant see myself ever getting married or even having kids for that matter. Im only 22 I know, but Ive been a kid all my life and probably will be for the rest of it. No woman wants that out of a "man." :P

I used to think the same way you do right now. Now I´m married. Also, my wife has told me that one of the things she likes about me is that I´m still a kid sometimes. She likes that, because it means she can still have fun with me.

So... grow up... but don´t grow up too much. In other words, I think if you are still a kid at heart ten years down the road, women WILL like you. Remember that there is a difference between being a kid, and being immature and irresponsible (at least that´s my opinion).

So have fun, and don´t grow up... now I´m contradicting myself

Hmm... marriage...

I've been together with my girlfriend for 9 months now, we've also talked about marriage. I think the consensus was to wait till after school, but who knows where the next 3 years will take us.

As for acting like a "kid" and no woman wanting that in a "man..." I act like a kid alot, but only when it's time to joke around. She enjoys the way I am and doesn't want to change anything. If you find someone who appreciates you for who you are then I think you're set.

Anyhow, enough about me, good luck with your decision, I hope everything works out for the two of you!

Here's a story that you don't often hear anymore(at least in Santa Cruz):
My wife and I met in Highschool; went out for 3 years before graduating and moving in together; lived together for 5 years before marrying; now we just celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary, and to top it off, she's pregnant with our first child! (18 years later)
Pure Love
