MP3 struts or wait?

was just wondering if MP3 struts are worth getting? or should i just wait for an aftermarket company (who knows how long though) to make them?

how much should i expect to pay from the dealer if i get the MP3 struts?

will they fit a 1999 Pro?

thanks!

I have the MP3 Tokico struts. They are very good. I also was thinking about the MS strusts, but they were a lot more. I am very happy with the MP3 Tokico struts and I am also very happy I did not spend more money. I am sure the MS struts are much better, no dougbt about it, but for street use the Tokicos a MORE than enough. IMO

I'm waiting on Tokico. Their webiste says that they are scheduled to release their "blue" HD non-adjustable struts and Illumina adjustable struts this fall or winter.

Dealer net for the MP3 struts is $405 per set, and you can buy them for this price if you are a member of the Mazdaspeed Team Support program. Dealer retail prices vary wildly; I've seen quotes from $450 up to ~$700 on this forum. The reason I'm waiting for the regular Tokicos is that the blue HD's are usually a good deal cheaper than the MP3's, usually $60-$80 per strut street price.

Answer to the final question is yes, they will bolt up with no other changes.
