I'm not running yet. My replacement motor is geting the block o-ringed. Overkill, I know, but may as well. The stock head gasket looks pretty strong anyhow.

BTW...it was the rod that broke.

Why did the rod break so viciously? Do those cars not handle boost well at all?

Many factors could have contributed to the rod's demise. the fact that there was slight detonation in my car that I didn't have the J&S safegaurd set up to fend off. Also, I may have had the RRFPR set too low.
