lighting

for '03 protege, the manual gives the wattage for the bulbs, but not the type #! (which doesn't make sense) so let me see if i have this right.....

headlights = H4/9007

turn lights/reverse = 1157

sidemarkers/license plate and all the little wedge bulbs = 194 (?)

dome light = i forget the #

can anybody at to the list or correct me if i'm wrong?

i'm replacing all the bulbs so i want to be sure i'm getting the right ones and the right amount of them!

it wasnt meant as a smart *** comment, i'm a little confused because every other car forum there are lots of threads about lighting and bulb upgrades, so i'm a little surprised at there being no responses or a section in the FAQ about lighting, that's all.........

Like SOME people have said don't replace the bulbs, unless the wattage is the same as the stock ones. You'll end up melting something. Take it from a guy that knows.

For that I can be good example of using higher watts bulbs to ruin headlight assembly.
I had to replace new headlight along with new socket and wires.
after going through all these pains I have finally bought HID kit.
I feel so safe and no more worries for me
