The orange lines are the OEM HP and torque curves. The other two lines are with the Bosal exhaust with silencer installed in the muffler, and without silencer.

Looks like a very even power increase across the rev band.

Can someone be kind enough to take pics of the whole rear of the car, I want to see how much it sticks out compared to OEMs. I might consider it if it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb.

I have a 00 ES, but pics of either the sedan or the p5 would work

TIA!

ZoomZoomH, took another pic of the exhaust by day, rear end of my car..

http://www.motion-science.com/tradr_/rear.jpg

to show you how far it sticks out the back of the car..

all I can say is the exhaust is great, and I'd say it looks just right (not out too much further out than stock).. its appropriate.. it does hang a little low (since the clearance's they're using have to clear the mp3's rear bumper skirt)

thanks

does look kinda low, looks kinda skewed to the left, not right under the cutout arch on the bumper?

the tip size and length looks just fine though, i shall start saving up some money for it

Tradr more pics?

David,

Looks great, I have a Pro the same color with the same tails and was thinking about getting the Bosal too. I was wondering if you could take a pic from under the car so that we can see the exact placement of the Bosal muffer? I would like to see how far back it actual set from the rear bumper and how low is hangs in the mounts.
Thanks

ok here's some pics in random order.. no description.. should help with your decision some more biknman..

see all of them.

all I can say is it is not possible to judge if it would be called "off center" or not.. it is aftermarket.. it's tip is in a "practical" location I'd say.. wont burn your rear bumper (and thats a very good thing), will never rub anything, ready for a rear skirt, etc.. its hard to determine in any picture how centered it is.

p.s. bikn.. how'd you put the aftermarket seats in your pro? PM me since the mods all hate private messages on an offtopic..

thanks and good luck,
David

Thanks

Thanks, for the pics you've helped me to make my decision. As far as the Tenzo seat it’s been a lot of trail and error till I figured out the height I wanted the seats to be. Basically I used the OEM seat rails feet and some flat iron stock and angle iron. I drilled out the rivets and stamps holding the feet on the OEM seat rails. Using angle iron in the rear and flat Iron stock in the front made iron strap that connected the front to feet together and the back to feet together. Then I got the universal Tenzo slider rails and which came with three options/mounting holes on each end. Drilled holes in the iron strap between the feet and bolted the seat rails down to the straps. I also used bolts to attach the iron straps to the feet. Also for the OEM seat belt attachment(since it is attached to the OEM seat rails) I used a four inch long flat iron straps to attach/extended the female end of the seatbelt to the inner rear foot attachment point/bolt. The Iron straps I used and bolts where all bought at ACE hardware. I used 11/2"Wx6'Lx1/8thick flat iron strap, 11/2"x11/2"x6'Lx1/8"thick angle iron and all 7/16" stainless bolts. Next week when I return home I can take pics and e-mail to you or try to post in the photos section. Note I also used 7/16" eyebolts in the rear to attach my four point harnesses to.

you're right tradr, the way it looks vary from angle to angle, in this picture http://www.motion-science.com/tradr_/muffler.jpg the muffler's position looks just about perfect. Guess I can't really tell unless I can see it in 3D.

I'm almost 99.9% certain I'll get it, just need to keep saving $$$...

thanks for all the pics btw

Red face not to beat a dead horse...

When I do get the Bosal cat back, I should get the 'federal' version since I have a '00 ES and I bought it in Virginia, yes?

And the correct part # for that version is?

Thanks!
