To support 440hp at the flywheel with a BSFC of .60, you're going to need four 78#/min injectors. That's alot more than what you got, unless stock FSDE injectors are suddenly 60#/min each.

Stock injectors =~300cc/min
Stock fuel pressure = ~43psi
add two 36#/min injectors in the mix at the same pressure...

To support 440bhp with this setup, you need to run exactly 156.719psi of pressure on the stock injectors. That's about double what they can run and keep a reasonable spray pattern.

Please tell me how you got them to run this much pressure!

do you know what the differnce between a TRANSMISSION and a DIFFERENTIAL is?
second to the accountant
stock injetors are a minimum of 280 cc at 34 psi stock
320 cc at 43 psi stock regulator
add begi fmu 75 psi max
36 lb injectors at 34 psi i think you are trying to hard to disprove

you should really try and not only count on theory that has been disproven time and again
400hp really isnt alot of power
i cant beleive you guys have such a hard on
are you just envious

later

i have to admire your persistance

but your definition of the conventional trans. is seperate than that of the diff. anyway i dont even get your point of this
the transmission i said was stock except for an LSD
now explain the front engine rear drive diff
is that a transmission to you?

is it that hard to produce 400hp in your MR2 that you cant fathim it in a mazda 2.0

Why is this such a hard thing to belive, sounds perfectly feasible to me. Just post up a dyno sheet (preferably not in crayon) and it solves all issues... I mean with 440HP you did put it on a dyno? right?

Second, he PM'd me saying I'm "not very supportive." Here's my response:

----

Give me reason to be!

Like Jesse was saying, it's a little far fetched. I'd like pictures of the actual car, as well as a posting of some dyno sheets showing that the engine really does put out 440HP. Until then, it is my belief that you sir are full of ****. SHould you prove me wrong, I will be willing to accept the facts as they are presented, and even publically apoligize, but before that date arrives, I maintain that what you claim is not possible, and total bullshit.

Nick

----

Well, lets see that dyno sheet!
