Its not a film you can see per say. After the car is dry, if you rub up against it I've noticed the film comes up. Almost like its dried on there invisible, but can be seen after you rub the paint a bit. It appears as a light white powder. Maybe I just got a bad jet dry pack. It could be something thats just happening to me (I just bought the thing)

 

yeah maybe you didn't wash it good or you need to exchange the item, mines is working great thanks people.
