A SAAB turbo is a Mitsubishi TD04. You can get that tubo off of a stock Mitsubishi GS-t or GSX. The TD04 is a decent turbo for a street car. It is a popular turbo for most factory turbochargede cars. You will have to find someone to make a manifold for you or buy one from www.spool-turbo.com and have the turbo flange custom fab'ed.
