Low horn sound

I am back to the forum again and want to say thanks to all the forum members for their support. Well, for the past few days I have been noticing that the horn sound is very low on my 2005 Mazda3, sometimes people can barely hear it. I believe my car battery is pretty fine, because all other things are working smoothly. Can't future out the reason behind this problem. Can anyone tell me how to make it louder?

Thanks..

bet the wire at the horn is corroded, I think you can get to it by pulling off the under-car plastic on the drivers side.
