looking for my horn

Hi, i've got a 1995 protege and ever since i bought it used a few years ago, the horn didnt sound right. when a mechanic did a used-car checkup, he said the horn might have moisture, and to honk often to clear it up, but i've been honking for 3 years now, and still sounds the same. i'm trying to find it under the hood but i have no idea where to start, the haynes repair manual doesnt locate it, but tells me how to test/remove it. can anybody tell me where its located and if i have to jack the car to get underneath to find it? thanks.

wow thanks

i read some other threads that said the horn was on the passenger side near the lamp, but they either didnt say what year or wasnt specific to the 1995 model, but i guess its the same. thanks again!
