You know Jason, I am sure I saw Plastikote on a shelf somewhere. Hmm, my old brain just is not good at storing these things. I would have thought Walmart but since you said you checked, now I am not sure. Revy, maybe? Anyway, since you have the 1-800 number then it is a simple call to find out distributors in the west.

Okay, finally had the chance to install my rear cup holder. Here is what it looks like installed. There is a piece of 1/4" plywood behind the holder which allows me to attach the holder. I found I had to shim the space between the holder and the wood as screwing it in completely deformed the holder and the lid did not close properly.
