I bought a airhorn kit. Unfortunately the kit came without instructions. I connected everything and the reserve tank filled and clicked off when the pressure valve said so. but I don't know how to discharge(activate the horn) I think I should just touch the two cables comming out of the release valve on the trumpets, but nothing. Could the release valve be broken?

Thinking it could be.. I tried to open it up and DAMN it's either got two layers of super glue or something is very strange. cause I took of all the labeling and there isn't any screws on the outside. I don't think the 2 pieces screw into each other because the housing is made of chrome plastic. On the housing there is nothing but the two cables comming out. Anyone have an idea how to open or what could be wrong?
