Until this evening, I thought wagon. Granted I love my car, and I accept it's wagon status (as I mention in another post, her name is Radio Flyer). But tonight in the parking lot at school was the first time I realized just how small the car is length wise. It's almost the comparable to my RX-7, which I thought was the smallest car ever!

I love my car. PR5's are way nicer looks wise than the sedan IMO however as they become mass produced and more popular, they will not be as trendy. I am glad I have one now while they are still hot.

The only thing that will seriously **** me off is if in the next few years they turn them into AWD... This car would kick even more *** then!

My pro is stock, not even the windows are tinted, and when I drive it around town, I drive it like itz da shizat! I would have liked to get a P5, but I didn't, and I'm very happy with my Sedan.

And whoever said the P5 handles better then the Sedan, you are correct (I'm sure). But if you're like "TheMan" and you add a little yellow bar to your engine compartment, you'll fix that Sedan right up.

If by yellow bar you mean a strut toweer bar, it is going to take more than that to make a noticable difference in a cars handling. The difference one bar by it self makes is very minimal.

I've seen somewhere that the rear roll center on the P5 is about 24mm higher then in the sedan, and the P5 is 100lbs heavier. Unless the sedan's rollcenter is too low, then there's NO WAY a front strut tower bar is going to improve the handling enough to compensate for those two facts.

Are there other differences in the suspension of the Protege5 and the sedan?

i think you would be suprised how much the handling changes when that strut bar is added. beforre i knew that the pro5 comes with the strut bar, i drove one and then drove a sedan. i thought there was something wrong with the sedan's suspension. the pro5 handled MUCH tighter than the sedan.

i think you should go and drive the two your self before you make a statement like that.

17 pieces? I'm not forgetting it, I didn't know that hehe, okay, fine, 125 would sound like a reasonable price for that then hehe, but I guess everything is overpriced these days
