Question Spring rates/ professional shock advice

Does any one happen to know what the spring rates are for 2000 Protege ES?

I'm getting shocks revalved for Autocrossing (trying to get the Pro to transition better). My shocks were valved to be used with the SCCA trunk kit - 300# front, 600# rear + rear bar. Unfortuantely, in Autocross, I can't use the whole setup, only shocks. So I have to get the shocks revalved to compensate for the lack of rear bar, and stiff springs.
Anyone with expertise in this area would be appreciated!

Thanks
