DOES ANYONE KNOW if bossal will pass Canadian (Ontario) emission testing. Does it eliminate the Cat??

Thanks

It doesnt replace the cat so it should pass emmissions test fine. It just replaces everything from the cat back. I know it will pass US emmissions.

Mitch I see you posted some pics of BOSAL EXHAUST.

Mitch I see you posted some pics of BOSAL EXHAUST on P5online

Is it possible to get a clearer picture?
My concern is that I don't loose any low end power because I do have an automatic?

californal or federal

ANyone install the federal bosal on? I've seen pictures of a bosal system that had an extra piece that removed the secondary cat. Mitch tells me this is not so, and the federal version just has a longer pipe that removes the secondary cat.
Any suggestions from anyone out there as to what to get? What difference in perfomance would removing the secondary cat give me? I dont see any sensors after the primary cat, so no computer problems should arise.

1. Get the Californa version, and then if I do feel like removing the sec cat, I ca get a shop to make a piece later on.

2. Just get the federal version and remove the secondary cat. (No emmision testing in my province).

Comments Welcome!!

ok, if I want sound effect I'll get a nice 12" sub.
Can you tell me what are the HP/tourqe gains with your exhaust?
Can it give 8hp in a usable rpm band?

I can feel a difference with the Bosal on. I have an automatic & I did the Injen CAI & of course, wasnt able to feel an increase because it was so small. But as soon as I added the Bosal, I felt an increase. Not necessarily across the whole RPM range but I dont feel I lost any power at lower RPM. So, I can feel a nice difference with the 2 (CAI & Cat back)
