i have a 99 protege and 1 light keeps goin out
the shop said i need a new headlight harness.
Can i go to the junkyard and take a different year proteges one.
like a 91 or whatever. If anyone Knos it would be nice to kno.

 

good question have also have a 99 protege and headlght blew out. By any chance do u drive with ur high beams on? Well this is wat caused mine to die out

 

yep, i used to have the same problem, i think.... are u 2 talking about the plug that the bulb goes into? If it is, i found one at a local napa parts store. what they did was they got a bulb and found a specific plug that fits that bulb after 5 tries. But then again im a regular there so maybe thats why they were so helpful.
