See thats why you need your own little shop, 1 mill 1 lathe. you could run a bout 20 sets and sit them on a shelf untill you sale them all and when the time comes to build more you just load the program and hit start. Easy money if you just had the machines.

I spoke with DaveB about purchasing one of his older CNC mills....i'm thinking I may do this but it would be for other projects....it also requires a larger shop for me with different power requirements than what I have now.

I would think it would be more profitable to sell privately first and then sell to powerdyne.

you would think that but I have to look at how many SERIOUS buyers I have lined up for something like this....I'm only able to sell these in quantities of 5-10+ to even be in my target price range. If only 4 people are serious then I'd be better to unload it now and take a lump sum + royalties. Which is my plan btw.

If Powerdyne isn't interested then I will sell in bulk until I can make my money back.

So has dyno/tune day been rescheduled? Im sure once you have numbers and videos of some smoking tires people will get really pupmed and you could easily get 5-10 serious buyers.

I would love to get them for you asap....with the help of some very nice forum members I'll have a new custom mounting point for my idler pulley so I'll be able to all but eliminate belt problems with the blower. I'm going to get it done this week and hopefully lightly tuned this weekend....Once I feel good about it we'll dyno...I'll get some video's for you soon though.

sshhhhh......

Not 100% yet but perfectly streetable, driveable, boostable, etc.... I'm never settled until I think it's perfect so I'm waiting on one final piece to re-route the belt for more grip and smoother boost delivery. Aside from the idler pulley and the tuning it's complete. Thought you guys would like to see this.

well it's untuned right now and runs REAL rich.....so rich it bogs at certain points. Here's why I think...

Driving NA as I was on the haltech was fine, you could tell it was real rich but the upper range pulled nicely. Now that I've added boost to it it's gotten REAL rich. Once the bypass snaps shut I build boost instantly...but not a lot of boost. When the Haltech's MAP sensor see's ANY boost it starts dumping fuel in. This is not ideal for me since I only build boost with rpms so I'm adding gobs more fuel than I need. Once I get it leaned out and turn the wick up a little more I think it's going to be a screamer. Even keeping it less than 4K rpms untuned feels nice. It's not hold you back in the seat strong but it's noticeablly sharper than NA. I can only speculate how strong it'll pull when I actually get to wind it up.

That's a nice tight fit! If you were using the Wagner shorty header with the first cat still intact, is there enough clearance for the lower pipng?
Looks bestial! Nice job.

sex w/ amminals?

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that since matty has never had a Wagner shorty header on his car that he can't really answer that

my guess would be no, that pre-cat is quite bulky
