Question OEM Aluminum rim leaks . . . . . slowly

1993 Protege Aluminum wheels
OEM aluminum rims. No rust/tarnish. No dents. I just replaced the tires on the front - good solid brand. Now one tire leaks ever so slowly. Tire dealer broke down rim and examined everything. Even "cleaned" the inside of rim. Still leaks slowly. Question:
Are these aluminum OEM Mazda (1993) prone to some sort of mysterious "warping"? Can I put a tube in this rim? What about pruchasing aftermarket regular steel rims? Where? Thank, Jessica.

well it could be the valve stem itself...or the core in it....

and yes you could put a tube in it if you want.
