well when I was talking about doing two-tone it was something easier like coating the whole cover but then leaving the lettering polished. What is involved with it is using a special "glass tape" which you have to ly over the surface in layers and cut and pick away the areas you want colored...then tape off the areas you just coated and re-spray everything else...it's very time consuming but easier on the letters since they are raised and I can tape over the whole word and just cut around the letters.

I think i may go w/a black, red, (DEEP) yellow like Karens car...and do all my under engine wires black (including that god aweful heat shield). Barry, see what you can do with that in mind.
Black out everything and then try the colored tops.

i actually have a yellow heat shield here with glitter in it. It was ok but some of the spots are a little thin. I think is when I first started realizing my cheap gun was giving out.
