16in on 97 protege

Has anybody put 16in wheels on a 1997 Mazda Protege? I was wondering if they had any problems with bottoming out on the fenders. It's not lowered yet but it will be and that would be a consideration in if they would bottom out. Thanks for your opinions

Well then that's simple does anybody know the offset to a 1997 protege?

use the rishies fitment guide thats posted and call anywhere that sells wheels and tell them you have a 97 pro. and they will tell you the offset.
