Anyone else having problems with FireFox remembering their Username & Password since the upgrade? I have to manually log in every time now .. it's kinda annoying. So is it just me or does anyone else have this issue?

 

Yes, it does happen to me sometimes, but even worse my Firefox took a dump on me
a few weeks ago and i lost ALL of my bookmarks.
Not only can I not get them back but now it won't even allow me to add new ones.

It happened to me at home, too and also someone else at work. Well, his was Netscape, but pretty much the same code.

I need to take the time to look for the cause or a fix, because the new version of
IE is the worst ever. I can't even stand to look at it.

 

yah, i got the same problem... works find w/ Safari, but not in Firefox.. quit firefox, open.. have to login again!

Safari is Mac only .. not that great honestly. Has lots of glitches and missing/incompatible plug-ins. FireFox rocks no matter what platform you're on, but seems a little glitchy lately. And IE is just pure crap like it always was (although IE 6 wasn't really too bad..)

 

Try Opera instead Gary .. you might like it. It's like a blend of Firefox and Netscape.

 

Firefox works great for me. I haven't had to log in except to delete spam.

 

Magically mine's working alright now too. I guess I just had to bitch about it out in public and it fixed itself. Good enough ..

And now it's doing it again. Only this site though. It remembers all the other ones ..
