the ECU should plug right in with no problems, unless someone cut the wires. which in that case will be a bitch.

the stock wire harness will work, but i remember reading somewhere that the wires are a little different than the BPT's harness. youll have to do some research to find out for sure.

it would be most profitable to upgrade the pump while your doing the motor swap. if possible i would try to get my hands on the stock BPT pump. if thats out of the question, then try an upgraded Venom pump. forgot the website, but just do a search to find it.

hope that helps some.

I would think it would be a good idea to upgrade the fuel pump. I got a Walbro 255lph fuel pump. It would be a good idea to talk to Braden (turbage) about these questions because he knows a lot about these turbos.

gtx ecu will plug into lx harnes but u would have to switch couple wires around.also with gtx ecu has a input from knock control module and u would need to get the module and run new wires to ecu.one of those wires has to shielded wire.also lx dont have tps so u would need to run extra wire to ecu.i used gtx harnes on mine car. that wasnt a perfect swap but i thnk lx harnes is easier to modify.ck engine light wont work with gtx ecu because gtx ecu dont have output for that.if u need pump u can get it from http://www.autoperformanceengineerin...ml#application

I just finished my BPT swap, as turbo1g say's you need to add run additonal wires for the knock sensor, tps, boost solenoid etc.
I used a j-spec harness as well.

I used a 93 RX-7 Turbo Fuel pump, and a 87 RX-7 Air Fuel meter.

... and the harness for the SOHC, does it differ much from the BP harness?
