Dusted A Mustang Gt!!!

Stoplight dragrace with a late model mustang- he had it all tricked out. Light turned green and while he was busy smokin his tires I took off. I had hit 80 before he caught me- and I had let off by that point HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If only he'd known how to drive! Kinda sad, actually

I don't think so (obviously, 'cuz he didn;t beat me)- he was REALLY burning rubber BAD- I was all the way across the 4 lane intersection before he got traction- thats a hulluva head start. He should've whipped my ***, yes, but never underestimate the power of a bad driver- a bad start and a botched shift or two and you can lose nearly any power advantage. I really like Mustangs, too- its just a shame to see all that power go to waste on a bad driver.

Yah... I used to drive an 87 GT convertible... the thing was really lite in the back end... on a bad patch of road I could get that thing to peel all the way up through 5th gear... of course by that time the back end is waggin' all over the place and you hope the tires don't catch cause you don't know which ditch you're going to end up in...

Ok I think we are a little day dreaming here. Theres no way you can peel all the way up through 5th gear unless you're driving on ice. Up to third gear, yes, but 4th and 5th very unlikely. I know, I have a 91 GT convertible with a few mods.
