After getting that Header all Hell broke loose. I have not got into this many races in a weeks time in my life! After the Marrauder encounter, I was cruising back in my home town and just driving my car because I got the header, and I wanted it to cure in and I have to admit that I was looking for a little import action. Well what I got was far from it. I dont usually pick cars like these to race with because most of the time it is suicide. I just felt like stabbing it through first gear and a Mustang that I did not know was behind me, thought I was being funny. Well he rips up beside me just in time to catch the next light. Well I did not really expect him to want to race, but when the light changed he punched it off the line. Well needless to say I fell back...... for a second. I did not launch it I just hit it in first gear up to 30mph shifted out and my wheels spun to 41mph by that time to my surprise I was pacing him! I proceeded and went all the way up to third. he could not shake me and as soon as he got off of it I blew by, at that point I realized just how fast I was accelerating. Well someone behind us wanted a peice of the action. And just in time for another light shortly after, a 3000gt pulls to the left of me and the Mustang is still to the right of me. It was going to be a three way race, When the light changed the Mustang must have been ashamed that my car kept up, because he did not race this time. The 3000gt hit it and then I hit it and pulled a car length in front of him and hit second and kept on pulling. It was so funny. Needless to say that was the best night I ever had in that car. Does anyone else have the 2.0 with the header? Tell me some of your stories! I know I am not the only one. And oh yeah I also have the forza cat back and ebay cai and the header is a forza/obx as well.

Yeah, thats the exhaust I did for Johnnie earlier this year. He was knocking em dead at the track when e had our big southeast meet. He had the fastest ET protege there. I can't wait to get his new mp3 ecu and front motor mount installed. He'll be really lighting em up.

Thats awesome, so keeping it all NA on that motor? It's good to see some good ol straight motor cars doing good on the streets.

he's NA right now......We're just doing some small mods to help the overal performance of the car first. If I'm not mistaken he's planning on going the supercharger route. I've let him drive my car a bit and he seems to like it.
