i was driving to work on wednesday morning. when this kid i know with a newer grand am se with big rims on it was chasing me through traffic. we ended up at a a light. i was scared shitless i was going to get beat. so we took off and i had a great launch. and spanked on him. the sucky thing was as i shifted into third. i looked in the rear view, and bam a portland cop. he saw the whole thing. now the grand am was stock. i have like a huge freaking muffler. cars loud as hell. well the kid in the grand am turned off onto a side street to get away. i on the other hand was stuck going straight. then all of a sudden the blue lights come on. im like god damit, im done. so the cop comes up to me and says are you in a hurry? i was like um no im just retarted. so hye asked for my licence. being that im in the military i give him the military id first. hoping he will let me off. so he runs my licence and comes back and says "this would be a pretty dumb thing to get a ticket for dont you think?" i was like yes sir it would be. and he lets me off. and i asked the kid when i saw him at work if he was trying, and he said yes. so it was a real win.
