After 4 weeks of work, the car is finally back home from the paint shop.....

There were some last minute changes to the color.... I went a little crazy with the aluminum flake and the blue pearl......
Check it out, it changes colors depending on the light. It looks blue with the flash because the light is so strong, but it's basically S2000 Silverstone where the light doesn't hit it as directly.

Here are some pics. I still have'nt finished putting the car back together.

Thumbs up

I think it needs a spoiler. NOT a mega large spoiler, an OEM size spoiler. the back is plain and need s something. over all I like what you have done.

Damn where the hell have I been for this post? Anyways, it looks ******* awesome! (sorry for the language) I love the new paint and I think it looks sweet as hell.Ever consider some ghost graphics to go along with it? NOthing too fancy just somethin nice. Clear corners could do a good job as well. How come your car in the first pic looks like its on bags? I personally dont like the rear view window spoilers.

P.S. Barry G. PM about bein a network engineer, cuz thats what Im going for school for right now.

Hi-res picture (sorry if you have dial-up)

Here is a new shot that shows the metal flake a little better:

There are a few spots of dirt because it rained....

Oh, and that last post reminded me.... Would anyone be interested in selling me their clear corners? I painted the headlight housing black so it would go with the clear corners alot of you have.

Look at the picture in my earlier post... It's a suble difference, but it looks cool... It's the outside of the housing that I painted, not the inside.

Since I wanted an agressive bodykit, I didn't want the rest of the car to be over-cladded, and with the flushed trunk, it didn't look good, so it's gone now. I don't like wings. I'll put something there... Don't know what yet.

Maybe an M3 spoiler lip on the trunk..molded in.

You guys asked for more pics, so here they are, even though the car is still not completely reassembled... (moldings, interior pieces, sidemarkers, etc.)

That's why the rear wheel gap is so huge... No seats or subs.

I love your car man. I wish I had enough money to make my 91 look like that too and still work on my p5.

Good choice.

I parked next to one today. Very similar colors, only mine is a little paler because of the extra metal flake and also mine has the blue pearl in it.

I really like the MSP color, though. Ans at least it would be possible to match. Mine is not.
