Actually pretty easy...i/h/e, a/c removed, +2 degrees timing, and diy port & polish...all stock internals (except arp headbolts and gasket [slightly raises compression])...the claim of 108hp is very conservative b/c most crx/civic si's regularly run 90-95 whp stock

thanx for the compliments...i really like it...one of the most asthetic looking cars i've had in a while (since my 92 lude si and 98 gsr...i miss those cars...but i have a family now)

okay, I was in a Micra once, but that was just scary, not sure how much it weighs but I can tip it if I tried.

 

actually me too...it's suffering from electrical gremlins and i haven't had the time recently to trace what is wrong i have a friend who has the crvtec in his crx...he's running around 200hp and 180lb at the crank...i've yet to take a spin with him since he lives far away...but i can't wait for that

a lotus elise is around 1700lbs stock and mr...there's a sun motorsports elise (they import the elise over and stick an integra type r motor in it)...that car runs 4.3 0-60, 12.6 1/4 mile, 1.0g skidpad on stock suspension, goes from 60-0 in 98 ft, and all with just 200 hp in a 1500lb mr chassis...shows how lower weight makes a huge difference in performance
