Listen, I am not questioning the fact whether or not you spent more money than you should have. How you spend your money is your own business. My comments (opening a can of worms) was in regards to you stating that Stinger Wire is arguably the best brand of wire one can get for car audio. I just want to know why you believe this? This is the same thing as saying that unless you get Stinger Wire, you are doing yourself a disservice by not getting quality wire. If you cannot back up your statement, where you call for an argument, with fact to the matter, then don't just spout off with useless comments.

Whoa nellie....I turn my back for two seconds and all hell breaks loose. So , I went to Sunauto to get the low down and they said the ground wires have triple insulation to block out any interference and the type of wire they use is a better conductor than standard amp or speaker wires. Import Tuner says this is the first mod to do to the car for easy 5 - 15 hp gains and they buy fromt he same company ... only silver or gold quality

www.sunautomotive.com

That all I needed to know .....

I highly doubt you'll get a 5hp gain from doing this, let alone 15. How much are the sunautomotive cables ??? Went to the site but couldn't find them. Pretty sure they'll be much more expensive if you buy "regular" cables. Please don't make me explain what regular cables are.

OMFG.

There are kits that are actually $200. For ******* WIRE.

All they do is preach the benefits of copper wire. Well, whaddaya think normal audio power wire is? It's ALL COPPER.

Goddamn - I'm in the wrong line of work. Selling $10 worth of stuff for $200 is the way to make a living

Full of crap or not, I sure as hell am not spending over $150 for wires. Hiho, want to start a business??.....we'll let the wires go for ONLY $100........still an 80% profit.

Yeppers. The lower the number, the thicker the wire. 8 gauge is about as thick as a opencil, 4 gauge is a little thinnner than a ChapStick tube, and 1/0 gauge (typically the thickest used for car stuff like audio) is a little thicker than the ChapStick tube.
