But I guess I can call what I listen to "alternative..." I dunno
No rap or hip-hop (icky to me, sorry)
A-Ha - Take on Me!!
Pink Floyd
Radiohead
Smashing Pumpkins
Metallica (more of there earlier stuff, but people who say they "sold out" or something are silly)
Pearl Jam
STP
and you know, various songs from bands like A Perfect Circle, Alice in Chains, Bush (Letting the Cables Sleep is a favorite!), Deftones, Tool, Staind, U2 (great stuff), bands like that.
I also like classical, but I find with my CD player I listen to rock type stuff mostly
Yeah, I guess I like trance / techno stuff too, though I haven't really gotten into that too much.

Hihosilva, that is awesome that you are walking down to Rush, they are awesome. I am going to go see them live hopefully soon, before they stop their tour. Just remember, don't mistake any Rush songs and definitely don't EXIT STAGE LEFT when it comes to the wedding. Good luck man!

They played nearly 3 hours - I counted 26 or 27 songs! They sounded absolutely amazing. I'd never seen them before, and damn - was I glad my lady is such a HUGE Rush fan, because I wouldv'e probably passed on the show. Not that I don't dig Rush, but I dunno - I just don't think I'd have gone if not for her.
You gotta see 'em! It's awesome!
