im usually listenin 2 rap n RnB stuff. but once in a while i'll put in some metal stuff like godsmack, disturbed, system, then once in a while i'll put in some hot techno track.

pUnk: phunk junkeez, zebrahead, nofx, mxpx, me first and gimme gimmies, offspring, green day, sum41 etc...
rap: swollen members, nelly, ja rule
and some crystal method and armand van helden thrown in.

i also mix it up with some alternative like blink 182 and buck-o-nine. 
i stay away from HARD metal though.
