what was he gonna do anyways? give you a ticket b/c you were going to fast through the Parking Lot?
also around here 5 miles over the speed limit is generally considered acceptable
Or at least I've NEVER gotten a ticket for it..and I almost ALWAYS drive 5miles over the limit...
