Arrow Muffler help!

Aight so im tight with money right now so i really can't change headers nd complete exhaust, so i decided to just go for a Magnaflow muffler, but my question is can i change the muffler alone, cuz my friend HAD to change resonator nd everything (not Mazda 3) but point is he had to change more stuff which meant more $$. but i want car to sound better but not TOO loud (ricer) at a low cost... And also can i just put the muffler to stock pipes? i know its not any good performance wise... but i just want sound. any information would be great!

Thanx

Yes, you can put on a cat-back exhaust without changing out anymore of the exhaust system.

have to build it to see what it sounds like.... or find someone elses car that you like the sound of and start there.
