M3 '05 Speedometer - don't like

I have a brand new Mazda 3, 4 door standard, GT with the GFX package. So far my only complaint is that I find the speedometer too crowded. The numbers are too close together, and when going through known speed trap areas where I have to stay at 40 or 50 klicks, it can be hard. I've even used cruise control when I know they're out in force.

Anyone else?

Michael

Don't misunderstand - I also like the design. My complaint is the space between the numbers. Right now, they range over about a bit less than 2/3 of the dial face. If it used more of the dial, then the numbers, especially in kilomtres, would not be so close. I have a couple of major urban speed traps where I live, and I have to be very careful.

Best,
Michael

I've noticed that it's hard to keep the speed down when comparing it to my old Protege. I'd guess it will get easier the more I get used to it. Can't wait for that intake though.

oh yeah really didn't think about how much more crowded it'd look in kmh but either way it still looks sleek
