Speedometer no worky...

Speedometer no worky...
SO yeah... the speedometer, nor the odometer have worked on this car since the odometer stopped at 214386.7 miles... in march of 99. Now there's an estimated 450,000 miles on this car... and none of it has any mileage reporting.
I need to get this fixed asap. the fuel guage works, as does the temp guage.
I don't have a tach, but I'd LOVE one... any help would be greatly appreciated.
