Broke my bumper on the Mazda3--parts?

I hit a rather nasty pothole the other day at way too fast a speed, and the impact seems to have broken some kind of plastic bit underneath the bumper.

Anyone have an idea as to what that might be? $15 dollar part? $200 dollar part? Looks like it just bolts on, so I can take a Sunday off and just bolt on the new piece--just need to know what I'm looking for.

Appreciate the help!

P.S. Didn't mean to blow out the thread with that photo. What's the code to make it thumbnail sized?

I'd use some tie wraps, Except for changing the fog lamp bulbs, that part of the plastic doesn't need to come off the car.
I don't think the plastic part is easy to replace since I think those mounting points are *permanent* mounts on the bumper itself, not another screw on part.

Appreciate the reply. I'll take another photo of the underside, but I ended up crawling under there and taking a harder look. The bolts actually tore through one piece of plastic, but they came off, clipped back onto the bumper, and I was able to rebolt it onto the bumper. I'm missing a six inch-ish triangular piece of plastic, but you'd never notice it without getting there to look.

No (serious) harm done.
