Requires baking of the headlights (20 minutes @ 200 degrees on cookie sheet and bake)

no.. ^^ that part isnt too bad

- took my protege headlights apart, painted 'em black - getting them off the car can be a PITA (have to take the front bumper off on the protege's) - not sure how much is involved on the 3's

The baking is easy, just take your time with the project and make sure you use lots of silicone sealant when you re-attach the lens to make sure your headlight won't get any condensation in it.
