2011 Mazda 3 keyless entry

Hi i just bought a mazda 3 isport and it didnt come with the power locks installed. i was wondering since it has the system in there but the little chip isnt in there is there a way or a place i can buy that?

I'd talk to the dealer and get the parts numbers then look online to see if you can get them cheaper
