GI: NGK plug wire combos

I'd like to gauge some interest in offering complete tune up packages for the proteges (or any car really). Basically what I'm thinking is I'd sell 4 NGK plugs with the matching wire set shipped for one low price. Anyone interested in something like this?

Let me give you an example of a price I may be able to work out.

(4) NGK Iridium IX 6441's ~~ $20
(1) NGK Wire set (no plug boots) ~~ $30

Total tune up for $50+shipping. Just to put it in perspective....walk-in price for these items would be...

$79.87 wires
$68.28 plugs

obviously those walk-in prices are inflated but you get the ideaof what it would cost you elsewhere.

Does this sound like a good idea? Any other packages you'd like to see put together??

all NGK wires come in blue. The racing wires are red but I'll have to see if I have access to those. I don't think NGK makes racing wires for the fs-de.

I'm interested in the wires. But I would have to wait until after the 15th.

They don't.. or at least they don't list them. OEM-ish diameter wires work just fine on the FS-DE, it's not like the wires are long or anything.

If this was made into a group buy, could people choose which NGK plugs they wanted? Right now I run copper NGKs (I replace plugs often for various reasons so I don't need the "long lasting" iridium), but two heat ranges colder than stock and long reach (like the FS-ZE runs). The copper plug part number is ZFR7F-11. For a non-turbo FS-DE, you'd get ZFR5F-11. People report switching from the stock (BKR5E-11 or somethin like that) plug to the ZFR smooths out the idle noticeably, makes the car bog down less at low RPMs, etc. You don't need to run premium fuel with them or anything. I ran them for over a year before I went turbo, they're good stuff

That being said, I'm not "in" for the group buy, because I just installed new NGK wires and plugs 2-3 weeks ago.

What about sourcing coils? 80k miles seems to be the magic number when your coils get nasty and start to die. I replaced mine at 82k miles with some < 10k mile ones because it's all I could find other than the $150 a piece Mazda coils. NAPA Online lists a coil pack for $17.88, and people who were able to obtain it said it's identical to the OEM piece. I tried ordering it about a month ago, and got an e-mail saying the order was cancelled because the part is no longer available. A lot of people are hunting around for coils and finding nothing at this point. I think the demand must have shot up with a lot of people hitting 80k miles around this time on their 2002s.
