These are being sold by me, and not All Wheel Engineering (Kartboy). As of this posting Kartboy is out of stock on shifters, but they have informed me that they will be back in stock in roughly a week, so by the time that I have enough to order (roughly 10 full kits) they should be back in stock.

just a couple questions. i have a first gen so will my **** still work? how much shorter is it than the stock shifter? and are the bushings the same as the ones wil (groharlem) was doing the group buy for?

the bushings are different. you CAN NOT use the bushings here for a first gen.

I dont think the stock **** will fit, it has threads that match the 3rd gen *****, so I dont think its the same thread.

the shifter itself is pretty short, i have not seen one in a first gen, but there are some pics that nate0123 put up awhile back, in his 2002 pro sedan, i couldnt seem to find them, i think the search is messed up again. On my 2001 the shifter is roughly 3 inches shorter than stock.
