Not sure, when I went they gave me $500 off for Grad Rebate, and another $500 for Mazda rebate...

you can also be a mere graduate student staving off graduation and still be eligble... I had to show the dealer the fine print. (after rebate, 15,525.00 + Tax & Title!)
