Wiring neon

Wiring neon

how do you wire neon to come on with the headlights? i plan on putting one under each front seat, and 1 under teh footwells for the driver and front passenger. please and thank you!

hmm, maybe you should make a toggle switch for it and make your life easier? all you would need to do then is tap into your 12V line and off you go. i guess you can wire it into the headlight switch, but that would require a lot of unnecessary work, i think.

i used a toggle switch wired to the neons and battery so the car does not need to be on to turn them on...awesome for showing friends without turning on the car....installing ones under the seats (for the people in the back to have some glow) this X-Mas

is there step by step instructions on this? i am not very car knowledgable, diagram maybe?

You are going to want a seperate switch for the noens. I nearly got pulled over for having mine on while driving. It's considered a hazard and distraction, just like your dome light is.
