Upgrading Speakers

I'm just wondering if anyone has seen a P5 that someone has done a speaker upgrade but actually modified the grills in the doors so it still looks good. I'm going to be replacing all my speakers with Hertz but concerned spending all that money and covering it with restrictive factory cover. But one hitch I want it to still look classy and appear stock, so no modifying of the door panel itself, any pics?

i upgraded mine with 4way kenwoods but kept stock (shrug) since the stock "holes" are odd shaped I think it would look weird to try and modify it without alot of work to the panel

Does the grill just pop out? Thats all I want to modify not the hole itself.
