Okay....NOW My 2 cents as well. People....HERE is how we can help OUR board get better....HELP the Newbie's....been there done that....not only here...but in other programs as well.

When a newbie asks a question that you KNOW has been posted before....insted of blasting them....ask them to go to the FAQ or Search....and if they don't know HOW...yes believe it or not there are some people out there that this may be their first board to be a member of...and MAYBE they don't understand searching and FAQ....i work with some of these types...I KNOW they exist....educate them.....help US....help the Moderators....help yourselves.....NOW....if that same person CONTINUES and you now KNOW he has ignored the attempts of the members to help them be a better member...THEN BLAST AWAY!!! but give the newbies at least ONE chance to learn.....positive reinforcement in the learning process works a lot better than negitive reinforcement. that is unless your intention is to make the new people want to leave and never come back.

Remember.....at some point in time....we were all new to this once...and had to learn.....TEACH....its rewarding.

There is nothing wrong with Neons if you are going for a show car or a cross of show and go now if you are going for go then yeah it could eb considered rice but I have seen many cars that are show and go that look awesome with neons but I have also seen some that look like ***.

OK..in all honesty neons are the coolest thing you can do to your car, other than the LED squirters....they are the most appealing looking modification you can make to your car, and will give you nothing but compliments, plus, it evens adds horsepower given the proper voltage and ground connections

Is that what everyone on this forum wants to hear??? ****, it is a FORUM.....that means all types of people from different areas discuss topics based on their OPINIONS and VIEWS...if everyone that came to this forum was a newbie, or ricer, or whatever, there wouldn't be much technical information exchanged, and people would be making a killing off of HKS Muffler Bearings and Blinker Fluid...so just be happy that all of us aren't ricers, and we actual have KNOWLEDGE about our cars and modifications that are TASTEFUL.....thats all folks

Yeah but if somebody wants to know some things about neons, telling him that he's 'rice' (that word is begining to **** me off big time ) has no point, and isn't constructive...

Q: Would (fill in the blank) chrome wheels fit on my pro?

A: Those are ghetto! They're fugly~! They will slow you dowwwn.

see, kind of like that, doesn't do nothing for the conversation, and doesn't answer the question

Yup, you're right. I see lots of people with screwed up tastes (in my point of view) in this world. It doesn't mean I should go blast someone about it. It's their property so it means they can do whatever they want with it. But if I see their car down the street, I may laugh at it/him though.
I'll laugh with you, but not officially on the board.... psshhh, we'll keep it on the DL (down low)....
Better to have peeps laughing wiht you then at you isn't it?

Neons will give me a healthy diet of that's right

My solution !
Get that underbody kit ! Its your car, and do what you like with it ! Who cares if people say its rice, to them it may be rice and thats understandable.
Besides everyone cant like everything you like, so if someone calls its rice its because they feel its rice, BUT i know one thing for sure GIRLS like underbody kits , I dont know why but they do from what seen, so that should be your goal if your not married of have a girlfriend, Get the underbody impress those girls and you will be fine
MOST girls like guys/cars with underbody kits and nooooooo one can aruge that fact.
