Shock sensor sensitivity

The previous owner of my car bought the perimeter alarm/shock sensor upgrade. I assume the sensitivity is set very high, because every time a harley or a car w/ loud exhaust goes by the alarm is set off. Thunder even does it. Does anyone know how to turn down the sensitivity?

Mine came with alarm and PIN switches for doors and trunk to set off the alarm, but no shock sensor I hear there is a little box around if not on the steering wheel column with a **** on the side that adjusts sensitivity. You will have to play with it, but you can adjust it accordingly.
