Question Sensitivity

I did a search on alarm sensitivity but couldn't find what I was looking for.

My friends and I were banging on the bumper and windows of my pro and the alarm didn't even go off.
I want to adjust the sensitivity of the shock sensor. Can I do this myself? or is there such thing as adjusting the sensitivity??
I have a pro 1.6SE with a Clifford Ultramax 2100C Alarm System.

Thanks
