Parking light not working ?

Parking light not working ?
Ok, here is my problem...
I short-cutted the light_green/black wire (Parking Light +). The result is that my parkings lights and dash's light don't work anymore ! The problem is not the lights because when I unlock/lock my door with my alarm system, they light up (front/rear and dash lights) because my alarm is sending 12V on this wire... I also took a measure on the green/black wire and no more 12V when the parking light are ON. So does this mean that I fried a relay or something like that ? Can I do the job myself or do I have to go see my local dealer !?
Thanks

My alarm has been installed for a couple of months... so I dont think that is the problem 'cause the lights were working before I short-cutted the wire ! But I'll try it anyway ...
Any others tips ?

I tried to take a voltage measure on it, but my multimeter's red wire was plugged in the spot for a current's measure !!! So the 12V of the green/black wire was directly grounded...
