Painted my Calipers this weekend.
Sorry no pics yet, but when i get new batteries for my digicam i'll post pics up.
All i can say is that it's a hella fun thing to do. I have a Sunburst Yellow P5 and i painted the calipers dark red. Here are some steps for the DIY (do it yourself). Not sure if they have been posted before.
Stuff you need if you want to use a brush (what i did)
1 " sponge brush
1/2" sponge brush
450 Degree High Temp Caliper Paint
Degreaser
Sandpaper (fine)
Rags
Jacks and Torque Wrench
1) Loosen rim bolts
2) Jack the car up
3) Take rims off
4) Clean the calipers with a degreaser to get the grease off.
5) Sand off any dirt and brown coating until you see the shiny metal.
6) Paint several coats on, while allowing each coat to dry before applying the next.
*Important* Don't get any paint on the slider pins or the inside of
the caliper and be very careful. Otherwise the inside components won't slide and you'll have no brakes.
You can also buy the spray painted paint, but you'll need to take the calipers off and disconnect the abs and the other hydrolic components. Tools you will need i'm not sure.

Hey Noodles,
I helped my friend (spikeyC) also do his calipers this weekend but his P5 was the blue one and we painted them yellow. We used the spray paint claiper paint but sprayed it into a can and used a brush. About halfway through the first one we figured we should have used a sponge brush like you have on your list. Looks great though and it did take about 3 coats to get done.

Hey Skyhawk,
Blue and Yellow looks nice. I was actually thinking whether or not i should go red or blue, but then seeing as i have red taillights the red would fit a bit better.
And you know the funny thing is, I also sprayed the can of paint into the lid and just dabbed it with the sponge brush. I only did 2 coats, but it still looks nice.
Here have a beer!

Cool - how did they turn out with the spray paint?? Was it really thin when you put it on? My tremclad stuff was pretty thick and it still needed 2 coats.

Noodles, by eyebrows I mean the tint at the top of the windshield. Is that what you are looking for?
Jason, yeah the paint was thin but all it took was three coats. I can post a pic tonight and you can see. Now I am really interesting in doing mine.

Chris, by the way - I photoshopped my mazda logo on the rim to blue and I must say, I like the way it looked! I may have to do that!!!

Cool, we may be the only ones doing that. It seems such a simple thing to do. It took me 10 minutes to mask and paint it.
Some one told me tonight that I should have painted it yellow as the car is yellow or black to make the flying M stand out more. I chose the red as it matches the calipers. I'll see how the red goes and I can always repaint it later if I do not like it.

How does the saying go "no guts, no glory".
I'm not too worried as if it really comes down to it I can always replace them through the dealer. They are some cheap *** plastic caps chrome plated and painted silver around the M. I figured if I humed and hawed I'll never get it done.
