pr5owner is on a distinguished road
my setup is pretty cheap and in CAD funds!!

HU: Pioneer DEH-6400 ($360)
FS: Clarion 5x7 5794 Plates (1" Tweeter, 5?" woofer) ($115)
RS: stock since my HU cuts them out for the sub (Stock)
Sub: 2 clarion 10" 2581 DualVoiceCoil Subs ($185)
Amp: Clarion APX401.2 400w Amp ($298)
Box: Generic dual 10" from A&B Sound ($79.99)

so around $1000, lol well not super cheap but its cheaper than bigwoofer's setup...

in my first car i had pretty good loud but ghetto bass here is the setup (much cheaper)

HU: Audiovox ?????, forgot the name, had preouts though ($100)
FS: Alpine 5 ?" SPS1329 Coaxial ($85)
RS: Alpine 5?7 SPS 1529 Coaxial ($115)
BassShakers: 2 Aura 50w bass shakers $20 (in seats)
BSAmp: 100w POS amp, $30
Sub: Jensen Dual 10" Banpass w/ box ($85) lol my fronts were as much as the 2 10"s including the box!!! haha
Amp: cheap *** pos "Professional HotShots 500w" max 2ch amp 125w RMS (i think) ($65)

Total around $550?(inc. wires and stuff) the price will be much cheaper now since those prices were in effect 2-3 years ago

i am still useing the Jensen Dual 10" with the pos amp bolted to the back with my computer! sounds GREAT! never had a problem with it, don't abuse your subs/amp (DO NOT crank the gain up more than half) if your getting cheaper models and they will work good for a long time
