Exactly why I recommend the sheets...measure, cut, peel, paste.
Simple & EXTREMELY foolproof!

ps for the wires... duct tape is your best friend... i also put some expanding foam in the trunk lid holes to help with absorbtion of sound...

ok i ripped all the carpet spare tire everything in the trunk out today. ummm i was wondering exactly how to go about this. i got the material today and im going to start putting it all down tomarrow. im pretty much going to cover everything metal in there, i dont have the subs in yet or anything so is there anything i shouldn't cover cause of wires? and like on the floor does everyone just cover all of the wires and everything. and the hood of the interior trunk, with all the little caps and everything poking down do you just cut around all of that, and just cover stuff the best you can?

Cut around what you can't directly put over...and don't skimp out on it! Go to town!

i did most of my trunk, fixed a few rattles, but than i ran out, i had 2 15 foot rolls but that still wasn't enough for everything. i notice i got a rattle in the back seat there, so i think im going to have to take off the top speak paneling and put that stuff all up there. has anyone else had to do that? but other than that, the stuff worked really well, stuck pretty good even tho temp was a lil cold.
